Preparing the Garlic Harvest
The team at Tito's recently visited to plant this season's garlic. Last year we welcomed Two Sigma to the farm to plant the 2023 harvest!
Supporting the Herb Garden
ASRC Federal Technical Services volunteered to weed our entire perennial herb field with our herbalist.
Build Garden Beds
ACIT and the ACPD volunteered to install garden beds at the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City for our farm-to-table summer program.
Supporting the Herb Garden
Novo Nordisk volunteered during a giant no-till field, laying bark mulch on top of cardboard to keep the weeds down and straw-mulched our strawberries and garlic to help keep them insulated through the cold winter season.
