We’re pulling together something truly special this summer at Reed’s Farm. On July 20th, we’re thrilled to be hosting a one-of-a-kind evening featuring father and son winemakers Joel Peterson and Morgan Twain-Peterson - presenting their wines together for the very first time.
Joel and Morgan are bringing some of California’s most captivating wines right here to Egg Harbor Township. And there’s a local connection, too - Joel’s wife, Mady Peterson, is a Margate native! Between summer visits to Margate and frequent stops at Reed’s Farm, we’re tempted to call Joel an honorary local himself.
This unforgettable night will begin with a stroll through the farm and a welcome toast, followed by an expertly-prepared, peak-season dinner crafted by a dream team of chefs: Brent Gambill (Reed’s Farm), Kevin Kelly and Warner Christy (Steve & Cookie’s). The menu will be farm-focused, and will showcase the bounty of our fields at the height of summer - vibrant, fresh, and full of flavor.
And of course, each course will be paired with standout wines from Once & Future and Bedrock, offering guests a rare opportunity to taste and hear directly from two of California’s most interesting winemakers.
To round out the evening, we’ll also be hosting a silent auction featuring unique items and experiences, all supporting the ongoing mission of Reed’s Farm.
