Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City and Reed’s Farm in Egg Harbor Township are partnering with the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City to grow educational gardens, teaching local youth farm-to-table skills, nutrition and hospitality.

"Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City employees teamed up with the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City on Monday to work on the club’s gardens as a way to foster hands-on learning in agriculture and nutrition. This year, the seasonal gardens will feed even more people, thanks to a commitment from the casino and a new partnership with Reed’s Farm in Egg Harbor Township.

Produce grown this season will be used in the Boys & Girls Club’s Teen Center kitchen by students in the organization’s hospitality program. Additionally, Reed’s Farm, located in Egg Harbor Township, will teach children to grow vegetables through a farm-to-table program."
